The Placement Cell was established for cater the needs of students to face the competitive job market. Student counselling and career services have become the need of “Hour” for the students graduating in Arts & Science. 

The motto of Aundh Shikshan Mandal Aundh is “Sheel Shareer Adhyayan” and is to provide learning blended with excellence, to create leaders of tomorrow.  The institute offers strong & comprehensive graduate and post graduate course in science and arts. The institute has outstanding infrastructure and well equipped laboratories. We assure you that our college will play a significant role in providing technical manpower to the industry. Through the excellence of its academic programmes, the strength of its faculty and support services, the range of student’s activities, the institute provides opportunities for total development of the students who have diverse backgrounds. 

Our students to demonstrate their capabilities, skills and knowledge to get inducted in your organization. The Institute has adequate infrastructure to support every stage of the placement process viz. arrangements for pre-placement talks, written tests, group discussions and interviews.

The objective of the Placement Cell is to bridge the gap between eligibility and employability by providing necessary training so that students get recruited in renowned Companies/Organization. We, at the Placement Cell are the official arbitrators for campus placement in various industries, and private sectors. The Placement Cell in consultation with the Principal of college the and the students handles various crucial tasks of Placement Cell. The Placement Cell is primarily co-ordinates activities on two paths: Campus /Off campus placements by co-ordination with industry/organization & company HR and  student employability enhancement by providing them necessary training.
